Help · 3 steps

Apps aren't locking

If a locked app still opens, a phone setting usually got switched off. Here's how to find it.

We picked your phone for you. Tap the other one if it's wrong.

Step 1 of 3

Are you locked?

The Lock tab should say Locked. If not, tap your phone on the device.

Step 2 of 3

Is the app on your list?

Open the Apps tab and check Locked apps. New apps aren't added on their own.

Step 3 of 3

Is a setting off?

If the Lock tab says Protection is off., tap it and switch it back on. In iPhone Settings → Screen Time, check Pauzie Device still has access.

Check one more setting

Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo or Realme? In battery settings, set Pauzie to No restrictions or Unrestricted. Then check Settings → Screen Time still gives Pauzie Device access.

Fix · Usage access or Display overlay keeps turning off

Switch Pauzie back on

Clean-up and security apps can do this. In Settings, search Usage access and Display over other apps. These are Android settings. On iPhone, only Screen Time access matters.

Fix · All my locks lifted at once

Open it and check

Pauzie Prime may have been force-stopped or put to sleep. Open it and check the Lock tab. Screen Time access was switched off, so iPhone lifted every lock. Turn it back on in Settings, then lock again.

Fix · A schedule didn't lock

Check its days and times

In the Schedules tab, check its days, times, and that the apps are under Apps to block.
