Choose apps to lock
You choose which apps your device locks. Pick the ones that steal your time, and leave the ones you need.

Tick what pulls you in
Setup asks What should it lock? Look in Social & video, Games, Everything else, or Search apps. Setup asks What should it lock? Tap Choose apps. Pick single apps or whole categories, like Social or Games.

Change them anytime
Open the Apps tab and tap Edit list. Add or remove apps, then go back.

If yes, you're all set. If not, pick what you see.

You can't change the list while locked, or unlocking without the device would be easy. Tap the device, then edit.

The ones you open without thinking. Add more later. Keep calls, maps, banking and UPI unlocked.

Fix · I can't find an app in the list
Search for it
Tap Search apps and type its name. Every installed app is under Everything else. Open the category it belongs to, or use the search bar in Apple's list.
