Pair your device
Link your Pauzie Device to your phone. Once, about 10 seconds.

Tap “Pair my device”
Open Pauzie Prime. It's on the Lock tab. Open the Pauzie Device app. It's on the Lock tab.

Tap to lock. Walk to unlock.
Step 2 of 3
Hold your phone to your device
Slide the back of your phone slowly over it, starting near the camera. Rest the top edge of your iPhone on it. Keep the app open.

“It's yours.”
That's it. Tap it to lock. Tap again to unlock.

Slide, slowly
Every phone's tap spot is different. Start with the camera on it, then slide the phone up. Keep the Pauzie Device app open on screen. iPhone only reads the device then.

Is NFC on?
Swipe down from the top and tap NFC. Tap-to-pay uses it too. iPhones always have it on. Try taking off a thick case.

Move it here
Each device works with one phone. Tap Move it here. The other phone stops locking.

Needs tap-to-pay
The device talks to the tap-to-pay chip (NFC). This phone doesn't have one, so use another phone.
This phone can't pair
It has no tap-to-pay chip, so it can't feel the device.
